Controller and contact

Data processed

We may process registration and contact data (name, surname, email, phone), protected credentials, profile data, saved preparations and recipes, notes, uploaded photos and videos, support requests, language preferences and optional consents. For security we also process limited technical data such as session identifiers and tokens, device/browser information and IP addresses transformed into hashes where access logging is used.

Purposes and legal bases

Data necessary for the account and Pizzood features is processed to provide the requested service. Technical data is processed for security, abuse prevention and protection of the service on the basis of legitimate interests. Newsletters or promotional communications are sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Photos, videos and content

User-uploaded photos, videos, recipes and notes are stored in the private area linked to the account and used for requested features. Voluntary sharing to social services may cause the selected platform to process that content under its own terms and privacy policy.

Android app, WebView and local data

The Android app uses a secured WebView to access Pizzood and may use the camera or system file picker only when the user chooses to capture or upload content. Offline copies, where created, stay on the device. The public user build is updated through Google Play; direct APK distribution is reserved exclusively for the Admin/Test channel.

Cookies and local storage

Pizzood uses technical cookies and local storage required for sign-in, security, remembered devices, language and operation. Pizzood does not currently use its own advertising or profiling cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by technical providers necessary to operate the service, such as hosting and email providers, and by platforms selected by the user for sharing. Data is not sold. Where a third-party service involves transfers outside the EEA, the safeguards provided by that supplier and applicable law apply.

Retention

Account data and associated content is retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. On deletion, associated data controlled by Pizzood is removed, except information that must be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or dispute handling for the strictly necessary period.

Rights and deletion

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Optional consent can be withdrawn at any time. Account deletion is available in Settings and through the public deletion page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
